Mike Keaton currently serves as the Executive Pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at Crossroads Church from August 2014, including Campus Pastor, Small Groups Pastor, Executive Pastor of Church Development, and Pastor of Ministries/Associate Campus Pastor. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as Pastor at Crossroads Church of Walton County from February 2003 to July 2014. Mike possesses a Master of Arts and a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary, a Doctor of Education in Ministry with a focus on strategic leadership from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry from BUA obtained between 1983 and 1987.
