Michael Cole is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community care and management. Currently serving as a Community Care Specialist at The Crossroads, Inc. since February 2022, Michael also holds a leadership role with the City of Phoenix. Previous positions include Clinical Care Manager at Lifewell, Recovery Connections Team Lead and Crisis Counselor at RI International, and Caregiver at The White House. Additional roles encompass Volunteer Coordinator at the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona and Intake Coordinator at Transitional Living Communities. Michael possesses an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Addiction & Substance Use Disorders from Rio Salado College, and a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University.
