Janet Delgado currently serves as a Client Success Manager at Crossover Health, focusing on improving health delivery and payment systems while engaging community members. Previously, Janet held multiple roles at Bon Appétit Management Company from 2015 to 2021, including Assistant General Manager, where expertise in sales planning, business development, and customer experience optimization was demonstrated. As Shift Team Lead, strong relationship management and customer advocacy skills were developed, and as a Server, Janet achieved top sales through exceptional service and leadership. Prior to this, Janet worked as a Research Assistant at SDSU Research Foundation in 2014-2015. Janet Delgado holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from San Diego State University.
