Ben Hughes is a seasoned professional in product strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Strategy & Operations at Crossover Health since February 2022. In this role, Ben focuses on developing the long-term product roadmap for partnerships with payers and the necessary capabilities for risk management. Prior to this, Ben worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Vim, where management of the company’s largest payer accounts involved close collaboration with technical and implementation teams. Ben's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Oliver Wyman, contributing to strategic projects in the Health and Life Sciences sector, and various roles involving tutoring and research at Harvard University and other organizations. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, along with Economics, from Harvard University.
