Karen Catron, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative II at Caterpillar Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Karen has worked as an HR Generalist at Crosslin & Associates, PC since July 2016, and held various roles in human resources at Norandal USA, Inc. from July 2011 to July 2016, as well as serving as Human Resources Director at Rochelle Center from 2004 to July 2011. Karen's career began in 1980 at Robert Orr SYSCO, starting as a Credit Clerk and progressing to Employee Relations Manager by 1998. Karen holds a high school diploma with a focus in Pre-Law from Hillwood High School and attended Tennessee Technological University from 1977 to 1980.
