Care Coordination Director at Crossing Rivers Health

Amanda Schultz has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Amanda began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Guttenberg Care Center in 2006 and worked in that role until 2008. Amanda then became a Licensed Practical Nurse at the same facility from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Amanda started working at Prairie Maison as a Registered Nurse, where they remained until 2014. In 2014, they joined Crossing Rivers Health as a Home Health and Hospice RN, and later transitioned to the role of Home Health Manager in 2015. In 2016, Amanda was promoted to Assisted Living Manager, and then to Home Health and Assisted Living Director in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Care Coordination Director at Crossing Rivers Health, a role they have held since September 2018.

Amanda Schultz obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Viterbo University in 2020. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Viterbo University in 2013. In 2008, Amanda completed their education at Northeast Iowa Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Additionally, Amanda obtained several certifications, including being a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and having a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification and Project Management Essentials Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute. Amanda also obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the Iowa Board of Nursing in 2009.
