Previously, Charmaine held roles such as Director of Behavioral Health Services, Clinical Director at ERIC Family Services, and Contractual Medical Social Worker at Bronze Key Home Health Care, each emphasizing the integration of behavioral health and evidence-based practices. Charmaine's extensive background includes providing therapy services, clinical supervision, and crisis stabilization, along with educational roles within various settings, including child welfare and community mental health. Charmaine earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern Illinois University.
