Amy Abrams is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, corporate finance, and securities law compliance. Since June 2022, Amy has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at CrossFirst Bank. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Secretary at the Society for Corporate Governance from March 2020 to October 2023 and worked at Cerner Corporation from October 2011 to May 2022 as Director, Sr. Corporate Counsel, and Lead Counsel for Corporate and SEC matters. Amy's legal practice began at Polsinelli Shughart as an attorney, with a focus on a wide array of corporate representations for diverse clients. Amy holds a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
