Trent Swilling has extensive experience in the construction and welding industries, currently serving as Assistant Division Manager and Facility Construction Manager at Crossfire, LLC since 2013. Prior roles include Field Coordinator, Pipe Superintendent/Welder at Industrial Mechanical, Inc., and several welding positions with responsibilities ranging from installation and construction of natural gas facilities to boiler repair. Trent's career began after earning an Associate's Degree in Welding and Joining Technology from Eastern Wyoming College, complemented by a high school education from Durango High School.
