Youlee Kim Nishimura currently serves as Senior Director of Business Operations at CrossCountry Consulting since August 2021. Previously, Youlee held the position of Principal, US Real Estate at The Carlyle Group from March 2010 to July 2021. Additional experience includes Vice President at JER Partners (2002-2010), Assistant Controller at The Arlington Group (2001-2002) and Aether Systems (1999-2001), and Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP (1996-1999). Youlee earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating in 1996.
