Nneka Chime is the current Principal & Co-Lead of Healthcare at Crossboundary. Nneka has over 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting and investment.

Nneka started their career as a process engineer at Shell, where they worked for four years in various roles. In 2014, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate Consultant, working on Telco and Consumer goods strategy engagements.

In 2015, Nneka left McKinsey to join the Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation as a Consultant. There, they led several advisory project teams, including designing a more viable primary healthcare service delivery plan for several states in Nigeria and human centered design in PHC commodity supply chains of several states in Nigeria.

In 2018, Nneka joined Flint Atlantic Capital Partners as Vice President, sourcing and executing early stage healthcare deals. Nneka left Flint Atlantic in June 2018 to join CrossBoundary as Principal & Co-Lead of Healthcare.

Nneka Chime has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School, a Cours Intensif de Langue Francais from Université Paris-Sorbonne, and an M.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. Nneka also has a bachelors degree from Stonyhurst College and certification from the International Monetary Fund in IMF PFMx: Public Financial Management.

Nneka Chime works with Tombo Banda - Associate Principal, Innovation Lab Lead, Scott Richards - Principal & Co-Lead, Financial Services & Institutions, and Nikita Sergeev - Associate. Nneka Chime reports to Pieter Joubert, Chief Investment Officer.
