Ruchier Shah has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1997. Ruchier began their career as a Lead R&D Engineer at Matrix Comsec, followed by a Software Consultant at Global Infotech Corporation in 2000. In 2002, they took on the role of Hardware Engineer at On Command Corporation, then a Sr. Firmware Engineer at Lexar Media/Micron Technologies in 2006. In 2008, they became Chief firmware architect/Firmware Manager at Micron Technology, and in 2013, they took on the role of Senior Software Architect/FTL Lead at Avalanche Technology Inc., where they were responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of a very high performance and highly available flash management layer. In 2016, they became a Software Architect at Crossbar Inc.

Ruchier Shah attended Sardar Patel University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a BE in Electronics. They then attended San Jose State University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an MS in Electrical Engineering.
