Essam Shomali is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development and technical consulting. Currently serving as President of Cross Solutions since September 2006, Essam leads a team of experts dedicated to strategic decision-making and implementation in the L&D space. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at GP Strategies Corporation, where Essam provided technical support to the Department of Justice and led system migrations, and Senior Architect at Beach Street Consulting, where Essam developed a comprehensive Documentum training program. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Sogeti Group, a Consultant at Pfizer, and a Consultant at Capgemini. Essam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland.
