David Gulugian-Taylor is currently the VP, Product at Cross Screen Media since January 2017. Prior to that, David worked as the Director of Ad Operations at Targeted Victory from September 2011 to November 2016. David graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Economy.
