Rachel Whitehouse-Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in revenue analysis and management. Since May 2011, Rachel has held various positions at Cross Keys Homes, currently serving as a Senior Revenue Analyst. Rachel’s earlier roles include Revenue Analyst, Home Ownership Officer, and Leasehold Officer within the same organization. Additionally, Rachel has been a Parent Governor at Old Fletton Primary School since April 2021. Prior experience includes a temporary HR Assistant position at Bauer Media in 2010 and a Purchasing Manager role at Frontline from 2003 to 2009. Rachel began a career in customer service as a Customer Advisor at Norwich and Peterborough Building Society from 2002 to 2003. Rachel earned a BA (Hons) in Management and Marketing from the University of Lincoln between 1999 and 2002.
