Martin Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Martin began their career at Wayne Fueling Systems, where they held the position of Manager, Service Administration - Senior Manager, Service Contracts for ten years. During this time, they managed North American managed services, coordinated a nationwide network of service organizations, and maintained direct account relationships with key customers.

In 2015, Martin joined Integral Care-Austin, TX as the Director of Revenue Cycle. In this role, they led revenue capture operations, claims submission, appeals, and patient accounting teams. Martin also provided guidance on financial performance and achieved significant accomplishments in minimizing denial rates and reducing average time in accounts receivable.

In 2020, Martin became the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. Martin implemented a successful revenue cycle model, integrated internal and offshore resources, and managed recruitment, training, and supervision of the management team.

Martin then moved to Kids Spot in 2022 as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle. Martin effectively managed cash collections and evaluated the revenue cycle strategy, providing improvement suggestions to drive revenue growth. Martin also built and led a central revenue cycle team.

Most recently, Martin joined Cross Creek Hospital in 2023 as the Business Office Director.

Martin Cook attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
