Vince Sanzone has a strong background in healthcare workforce solutions and program management. Vince is currently the Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Cross Country Healthcare since August 2022. Before that, they worked as the Senior Director of Client Services at RightSourcing, Inc. from September 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at AMN Healthcare, including Senior Director of Workforce Solutions from November 2020 to September 2021 and Program Manager from January 2016 to November 2020. Vince also served as a Program Manager at Allegis Global Solutions from December 2013 to January 2016 and a Program Coordinator at Allegis Group Services from December 2011 to December 2013. Vince started their career as an Operations Manager at Physician Support Services from August 2002 to December 2011. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in client service, program management, relationship building, and strategic initiatives.

Vince Sanzone attended Towson University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Prior to that, they also attended Calvert Hall.
