M. Scott Welch is a seasoned construction administrator with extensive experience in architectural coordination and project management. Currently employed at Cross Architects, PLLC since May 2022, M. Scott Welch has previously held similar roles at ARRIVE Architecture Group and HODGES Architecture. M. Scott Welch's background includes architectural coordination and design consulting, where collaboration with project architects, contractors, and subcontractors was key to developing composite RCP coordination drawings for educational facilities. Previous project management experience at SMA + Architects and JHP included responsibilities such as client management, site planning, and construction administration. M.
