Vickilee Blais currently serves as a Benefits Account Manager at Cross Insurance since June 2018, bringing extensive experience in employee benefits management. Prior to this role, Vickilee has had a long tenure at Community Health and Counseling Services since September 1998, progressing through various positions including Sr. Coordinator of Employee Benefits, Health & Safety, where responsibilities included overseeing a comprehensive range of employee benefits, COBRA and ACA administration, and wellness programs. Vickilee also has experience as an Employee Benefits Coordinator and Quality Assurance Specialist. Educationally, Vickilee holds an Associate's degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Beal University, completed in 1998.
