Tom Peterson is a highly experienced software development professional with a robust background in data architecture and business intelligence. Currently serving as Director of Software Development at Cross Insurance since August 2021, Tom has also held roles including Data Architect and Senior BI Developer. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Jackson Laboratory from September 2012 to February 2022, where responsibilities encompassed ETL development and data modeling. Earlier, Tom worked as a Principal Engineer at GTECH, focusing on custom business intelligence solutions and reporting. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
