Taylor Montes de Oca has a long and varied work experience. In 2012, they began their career as an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company. In 2013, they were promoted to Associate Consultant and then Senior Associate Consultant. In 2015, they co-founded and served as COO of CROSBY by Mollie Burch, a women's contemporary clothing line. In 2016, they joined Peachtree Orthopedics as an ASC Operations Strategist, where they analyzed current ASC workflow to streamline operations, enhance the customer experience, and drive efficiencies. In 2020, they returned to Bain & Company as a Manager and also worked as a Market Strategy Consultant at Bioscape Digital.
Taylor Montes de Oca earned a Bachelor of Science from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce in 2013, where they studied Commerce. They also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Virginia in 2013. In 2018, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, where they studied Healthcare and Entrepreneurship.
