Michael Rösseler has worked for five companies over the past 18 years. Michael began their career in 2003 with the German Federal Armed Forces as an Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme. In 2007, they joined TESS TOOL EXPRESS SERVICE SCHRAUBERTECHNIK GMBH as an Elektronikentwickler. From 2008 to 2013, they worked for INTRAVIS Vision Systems as a Software Engineer Automation. For the following five years, they served as a Project Manager Automation at SIG Combibloc. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at crop.zone hybrid herbicide since 2022.

Michael Rösseler began their education in 2003 when they attended the Ausbildungswerkstatt Heer where they received their degree as an Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme in the field of Elektrotechnik. From 2007 to 2011, they attended the Berufskolleg für Gestaltung & Elektrotechnik Köln, where they received their Staatlich geprüfter Techniker degree in Elektrotechnik - Fachbereich Prozessautomatisierung. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they attended Berufskolleg Simmerath/Stolberg where they received their Technischer Betriebswirt degree in Aufbaustudium Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
