Michael Novak is currently an Art Instructor at Crooked Tree Arts Center, where Michael teaches adults the basics of creating portrait art. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Illustrator for their freelance business. With a background in Visual Design and Web Mastery at RJG, Inc., Michael managed lead generation, branding, promotion, and various design projects. As a Lead Artist at Strauss Peyton Imaging, Michael mentored other artists and created interpretations from portrait photographers' work. Previously, as a Graphic Artist at Commerce Bank, Michael designed various materials for print. Michael holds a BFA in Illustration from the Kansas City Art Institute.
