Tinne Pluym has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2018. Tinne began their career as a Space Manager at A. S. Watson in 2005 and then went on to work as a Marketing & Sales Manager at Blue Marlin China from 2006 to 2008. Tinne then worked as an Executive Assistant General Cargo at BDP International in Antwerpen from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they held roles in Sales & Procurement at Goetstouwers immobiliën from 2009 to 2010 and as Inside Sales at Philips Massive from 2010 to 2011. Tinne then worked in Procurement at Fixmer - Lyfra from 2011 to 2011 and in Purchasing/Logistics at Bru textiles from 2012 to 2012. In the same year, they joined De Cronos Groep as a Business Architect/Analyst/Product Owner and worked until 2016. Tinne then worked as a Business Analyst at Belfius Insurance from 2016 to 2017. Tinne rejoined De Cronos Groep in 2018, where they currently work as a Business Architect/Analyst/Product Owner. Throughout their career, Tinne Pluym has proven herself as a driven project consultant with experience in various areas such as fast moving consumer goods, insurance, healthcare, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and sales. Tinne has shown a passion for building bridges between the user and technical communities to successfully deliver projects and changes with the satisfaction of stakeholders' goals, needs, and timing.

Tinne Pluym has a diverse education history. Tinne attended the University of Antwerp from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a degree in T.E.W. with a field of study in Economics. Following this, they attended Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2002 to 2004 and earned a degree in Bedrijfsbeheer with a field of study in Marketing. In 2010, they returned to the University of Antwerp and completed a short-term program in Business Architecture, with a focus on BPM and data modeling.

In addition to their formal education, Tinne Pluym has also pursued several certifications. Tinne obtained a certification in Test Management & Test Coordination from Kluwer Opleidingen in October 2014. In November 2012, they earned a Prince2 Foundation certification from Bizness Academy. Tinne also obtained a certification in Business Architecture from AIESEC UA (University of Antwerp) in November 2010. Other certifications include Bill of Lading from Portilog in October 2008 and Scrum Product Owner PSPO I from Scrum.org in March 2015.
