Nicole Cullin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole began their career in 2006 as a Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Elizabeth Arden, where they handled account openings, order processing, customer service, retail sales analysis, and event planning. In 2008, they joined International Designer Collection - L'Oreal USA as an Allocations Coordinator, and later moved up to become an Allocations Assistant Manager. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Club Manager at Ponus Yacht Club Inc, overseeing banquet sales, event planning, client sales and contract negotiation, budget management, vendor management, and staff supervision. Nicole then returned to International Designer Collection - L'Oreal USA as an Allocations Manager in 2015 before transitioning to a role as a Sales Promotions Manager at Kiehl's Since 1851 - L'Oreal USA. In 2016, Nicole joined Shiseido, where they held positions as the Director of Retail Planning, Director of Affiliate Operations, and Director of Sales Operations. Currently, they are working at Cronos Group in the role of Director of Sales Operations & Business Development, a position they started in June 2021. With their extensive experience in sales operations, business development, retail planning, and management, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role.
