Frederic RITTER is an experienced IT consultant currently working at Cronos International since November 2020, specializing in IT operations, network connectivity, switch configuration, and SMS token management. Prior experience includes a 13-year tenure as a service engineer at GETRONICS SA, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance of laptops, desktops, and printers, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting, providing first and second-level user support, and setting up servers.
