Rachael Knappier is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in client experience and service management. Currently serving as Operations Director at Croner since February 2019, Rachael has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Service and Head of Operations and Client Experience. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations at EHL Group, Consultant Operations at Mattioli Woods plc, and a legal position at Nelsons Solicitors Limited. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in Criminology and History from Kingston University, completed in 2013.
