Justyna Filipczak is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in the real estate sector, currently serving as Head of CEE and Head of Finance and Operations CEE at Cromwell Property Group since September 2019. Prior roles include Regional Finance Director CEE at Multi Corporation and Head of Finance CEE at Cromwell Property Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategic support, fund accounting, and investor reporting. Justyna's career began with GE Real Estate, holding various positions such as Financial Reporting Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, where significant achievements included overseeing IFRS consolidation and local budget processes. Justyna also completed a Financial Management Programme at GE Money and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Gdansk.
