Holly O'Brien possesses extensive experience in pharmacy management, currently serving as Chief Pharmacist and Divisional Manager at Cromwell Hospital since April 1993, with responsibilities as an Accountable Officer and Medication Safety Officer. Previous roles include Chief Pharmacist, Deputy Chief Pharmacist, Clinical Staff Pharmacist, and Outpatient Pharmacy Manager at The London Clinic from September 1989 to September 1991. Holly began a career in pharmacy with pre-registration training at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and completed earlier placements as a Pharmacy Student at St Stephens Hospital in 1987. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from NHS Chelsea and Westminster (1996-1997) and a Bachelor of Pharmacy with honours from King's College London (1985-1989).
