Ruchir Jain is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, and internal controls across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of FP&A, Corporate Strategy, and Commercial Finance, as well as Head of Internal Audit and Controls at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Ruchir has previously held significant roles at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included leading Performance Management for the APAC region and driving productivity through transformation and automation. Additional experience includes financial leadership positions at Bata India Limited, Kellogg India Pvt Ltd, and Nestle India Ltd, with a strong foundation in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Ruchir holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
