Erich Oelschlegel is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technology management and business development. Currently serving at OWL Services since June 2020, Oelschlegel is also the owner of EPIXIAN, delivering custom web design and development services since April 2018. Previously, Oelschlegel held several key roles, including Technology Manager at Suburban Snow Plow LLC and Sales Director/VP Business Development/CTO at SH Global Solutions, providing IT solutions to government agencies. Oelschlegel's early career includes significant contributions as a Senior Airborne Electronic Warfare Technician at CACI and as an Unmanned Aircraft Systems Electronic Maintenance Technician in the US Army, where leadership and technical skills were demonstrated. Oelschlegel holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
