Natalia Stepanchenko has extensive experience in the fields of clinical research and molecular diagnostics, currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Cromos Pharma since December 2012. Prior experience includes a role as a Researcher for the PhD program at the Central Research Institute for Epidemiology in 2013, and positions as a PhD Researcher and Junior Researcher at the Timiryazev Institute of Plant Physiology RAS from July 2008 to August 2012. In early 2008, Natalia contributed as a Visiting Researcher at Aberystwyth University. Natalia's academic background includes a PhD in Physiology and Biochemistry from the Timiryazev Institute of Plant Physiology (2008-2011) and a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Physiology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (2003-2008), along with studies at the Moscow Institute of Linguistics (2006-2009).
