B¨¦n¨¦dicte Meneux has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Cromology since October 2017, overseeing talent acquisition and supporting various business functions. Previously, B¨¦n¨¦dicte held similar HR leadership roles at Ecolab Pest France, focusing on alignment with operational management and enhancing local HR support. From 2000 to 2009, B¨¦n¨¦dicte was responsible for HR operations at ELIS, where significant contributions included restoring HR leadership and overseeing personnel management. Earlier experience includes providing legal advice as a Juriste en Droit Social at FIDAL and ELIS, supporting operational management with legal compliance and workplace relations. B¨¦n¨¦dicte holds advanced degrees in law from Universit¨¦ de Rennes I and Universit¨¦ de Bordeaux, as well as a background in political science from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
