Swapnil B is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and customer service. Currently serving as Cluster Service Manager at Croma since May 2022, Swapnil leads a team of Customer Care Executives to enhance customer service operations across Maharashtra. Prior to this role, Swapnil was Project Manager at SHARADE INFRATECH, overseeing plant installations and initiating quality measures in food production. Additional experience includes serving as Project Quality Manager at Knorr Bremse India, where Swapnil directed quality control initiatives, and as Deputy Manager of Quality Engineering at GM India. Swapnil's educational background includes a PGDBM in Operations Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from AISSMS College of Engineering.
