Laura Martin Daza has been working in the Human Resources field since 2006. Her first role was as a Health Safety Advisor at IBM from 2006 to 2013. Laura then moved to Colt Technology Services as an HRBP from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they were an HR Manager at NTT Com Managed Services. In 2017, they joined T-Systems International as a Human Resources Business Partner, an EHS Business Partner, and an HR Business Partner Operations. In 2018, they took on the role of Barcelona City Manager at Croissant.
Laura Martin Daza has a diverse educational background. Laura obtained a Licenciada en Sociologia from Universidad de Salamanca in 2003, followed by a Master en Gestion y Direccion Estrategica en RRHH from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2005. Laura then completed a Health and Safety Technical Expert Master Degree from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet in 2006. In 2013, they earned an Experto Universitario en RRLL & AuditorÃas de RRHH from Universidad Camilo José Cela. In addition, they completed an Erasmus Year at University of East London in 1999-2000. Laura also holds certifications from Workplaceless (Networkplaceless, 2021) and PADI (Dive Asisstant Instructor, 2013).
