Scott Jaynes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Research and Technology Manager at Croda since January 2014, Scott leads initiatives in Biotechnology and Sustainable Cleaning. Prior roles include R&D Applications Manager at Croda, where Scott focused on new product development in North America, R&D Group Leader at BASF Corporation overseeing a team dedicated to antimicrobial materials for medical devices, and R&D Applications Manager at Ciba, specializing in novel polymers for home and personal care. Earlier experiences include project management at Unilever and research at Millipore. Scott holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Chemistry from Dartmouth College.
