Michelle Lydon has a range of work experience in various companies and roles. Michelle started their career at Thomson Legal & Regulatory as an HR Director for GEE Publishing from 1997 to 2001. Michelle then worked at BAE Systems as an HR Director for Land Systems from 2002 to 2006. After that, they joined Inchcape and held multiple positions, including International HR Director, Human Resources Director for Russia & Nordics, and Group Organization Development Director from 2006 to 2011. Michelle then moved on to Shanks Group plc as a Group Human Resources Director from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they worked at QinetiQ as a Group Human Resources Director from 2016 to 2022. Most recently, they held the role of Chief People Officer at British Airways from February 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are working as the Chief People Officer at Croda starting from January 2023.
Michelle Lydon earned their MA in Employment Studies & Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University from 1999 to 2000.
