Arq. Everardo Martinez has extensive experience in project coordination and administration, currently serving as Superintendente Administrativo and Coordinador de estimación at Crocsa since August 2016. Responsibilities include client invoicing, managing change orders, and contractor payments, as well as budget development. Previous roles at Crocsa included project coordination and document control for General Motors’ industrial cafeteria project, in addition to managing schedules and submittals within the company. Earlier experience includes budgeting and project supervision for a residential project in Jilotepec, Edo Méx. Everardo holds a degree in Regional Architecture from Tecnológico Valle de Bravo, completed in 2011.
