Ahmed Helal began working as a Lead Magento Developer for CrocoIT in 2018. Prior to that, they worked for NEOXERO from 2015-2018, where they held roles such as Magento Team Leader, Magento Developer, and Web Developer.

Ahmed Helal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Faculty of Computer and Information Science. Ahmed then went on to obtain a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2016-2017.
