Giuseppe Casella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation, leadership development, and humanitarian diplomacy. Currently serving as the Organisational Transformation, National Society and Leadership Development Coordinator at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Giuseppe has directed initiatives aligned with Strategy 2030 and spearheaded youth and volunteer engagement programs. Prior roles include leadership positions in emergency preparedness in Southern Africa and governance support for the IFRC Governing Board. As President of the Italian Red Cross's learning commission on decentralized international cooperation and former Head of Country in Niger, Giuseppe has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing project management, accountability, and cross-stakeholder relations. Giuseppe holds a Master’s degree in humanistic coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming from Università Telematica Pegaso and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Mercatorum.
