Zoran Jajic has extensive experience in the aviation sector, serving Croatia Airlines since May 1991 in various roles including Area Manager for Asia and Africa, Quality Auditor, Contact Center Manager, and purser and cabin instructor. Previously, Zoran worked as an interpreter for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees from January to June 1992. Academic qualifications include a Specialist degree in Communication Management, Economics, and Communications from the College of Business & Management (2007-2009), a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management from the same institution (2006-2007), and an Economist degree in tourism from Sveuciliste u Splitu (2003-2006).
