Nishant Kumar has been working as an Oracle Database Administrator Team Lead at CRMnext (Acidaes Solutions Private Limited) since March 2015. In this role, they are responsible for managing the production database at an L3 level and resolving database-related issues for .Net developers. Nishant is also working on migrating database files from SQL Server to Oracle. Prior to this, Nishant worked as a DBA at Conax from February 2014 to March 2015, as an Oracle DBA at BSES Delhi from September 2013 to February 2014, as an Associate Consultant of Oracle DBA at SQL Star International from September 2011 to September 2013, and as a Data Processing Associate at Innodata Inc. from December 2009 to August 2010.

Nishant Kumar started their education at Sarswati Vidya Mandir Jharkhand in 1989 and completed their 10th grade there in 2001. Nishant then attended BNS DAV Public School from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained their 10th+2 degree with a field of study in Mathematics. Nishant went on to study at Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi from 2003 to 2006, earning their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Nishant then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at SRM University Chennai from 2006 to 2009. Finally, in 2010 and 2011, they attended NIIT South Ex and obtained a Diploma in Oracle Database Administrator, specializing in the field of Oracle DBA.
