Daniel Wax von Dreifus is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investor relations (IR). Currently serving in a role focused on M&A and IR at CRM&BONUS since May 2023, Daniel previously held a position in strategic finance at Loft from May 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included financial planning and analysis, M&A, and IR. Prior experience includes an investment banking role at Citi, specializing in equity capital markets (ECM) and M&A, and a significant tenure at IGC Partners focused on M&A. Early career internships include fund administration at BTG Pactual and asset allocation at Pragma Gestão de Patrimônio.
