Divya has vast experience in talent acquisition & management, performance management, compensation, employee engagement across industries like infrastructure and ITES.

She was anchoring, re-structuring and aligning HR practices for India Operations at ANSR-Source. Earlier, she was associated with GMR Group as part of their corporate HR division handling HR initiatives across various sectors of the group.

Divya has done her Bachelor of Business Management from Mount Carmel College and MBA from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore.
