Matthew Nourse has over 20 years of work experience in the software development industry. Matthew'scareer began in 1998 when they became the Owner of n plus 1 computing pty limited. Matthew then worked as a Senior Software Engineer (Contract) for Aurema in 2000. In 2004, they took on a role as a Production Engineer (Contract) for Bluepulse. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Software Developer (Contract) for Castelain and a Crawler Engineer (Contract) for Chomp, Inc. During this time, they were also the Co-founder of informica pty limited. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Software Developer for Cordelta, and from 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Platform Engineer for Allhomes. Since 2014, they have been a Senior Software Developer for Veritec, and currently holds the same position at CriticalArc since 2020.

Matthew Nourse completed a BSc with Second Class Honours in Computing Science, with a Management submajor, from the University of Technology Sydney between 1992 and 1996.
