Hellen S. has been working in various roles since 1994. Hellen started their career at DHA Lighting Limited as a Customer Services Manager in 1994. In 2000, they moved to Bellis-Jones Hill as an Office & Finance Manager. In 2012, they became a PA to Managing Director at Modus Vivendi. In 2013, they joined Orbital Training & Consulting as a Business & Operations Manager, and also worked as a Senior Supervisor at The Body Shop. In 2017, they became a Business Development Manager at IIL Europe (London). Currently, Hellen is the Head of Global Operations & Administration at CriticalArc.

Hellen S. attended The Rochester Grammar School For Girls from 1986 to 1994, where they attained A Levels. Hellen has also obtained four certifications: L5 Leadership & Mangement from Highfield in January 2022, Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in June 2019, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in November 2017.
