Paulo Ferro is a professional with experience as a Principal Engineer at Critical Software, focusing on bridging sales and technical aspects of projects. Prior to this, Paulo worked as a Senior Lead Engineer at Altice Labs, where Paulo also served as a Product Manager. Paulo holds an Engineer's degree in Informatics Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade de Coimbra.
