Catarina Lemos has extensive experience at Critical Software, starting in March 2013. Catarina currently holds the title of Senior People - Services Team and is responsible for job offer presentation, onboarding, offboarding, absences validation, benefits, and expatriation process. Additionally, Catarina also has experience in Engineering Management, focusing on capacity management, HR support, license management, and team development. Catarina is also skilled in Operational Controlling, Project Management Support, and serves as the Caring & Facilities Manager at the Royal Academy of Dance. Catarina holds an MBA from FEUC, a Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies from the Royal Academy of Dance, and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra.
