Pekka Jonsson is an experienced System Administrator and Team Leader at Critical Service since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing a 24-unit team and acting as a Change Manager with direct contact with Governance and Customers. Previously, Pekka served as a Customer Center Agent at Iveco from October 2013 to June 2017 and worked as a scrittore at the survival diaries from 2011 to 2013. In addition, Pekka has experience in flight coordination as a Stage Flight Coordinator at Alenia Aeronautica in early 2012 and provided customer service at Hertz from 2001 to 2010. Pekka holds a technical degree in Commercial Flight Management from the Turin Flying Institute and a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
