Kelly Endres has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and publication. Kelly started working at Critical Response Group in 2019, where they initially held the position of a Product Design Intern before becoming a Product Designer. Currently, they serve as a Product Publication Manager at the company. At Critical Response Group, Kelly is responsible for designing and managing the publication of various products.

Prior to their role at Critical Response Group, Kelly worked at dwel.co in 2018 as a Social Media and Graphic Design Intern. During their internship, they created graphics, ads, and edited photos for social media content. Kelly also produced an explainer video series on YouTube and designed flyers for business events.

In 2016, Kelly interned at Baylor University as a Mobile App Prototype Design Intern. Kelly was part of a select team of students who worked on building a health-oriented mobile app prototype. Their responsibilities included idea creation, proposal writing, designing, and coding.
